Birmingham Beer Festival Getting There

Birmingham Beer Festival

Transport

Public transport or taxi is the best way to enjoy the beer festival.

Train

The nearest train station is Birmingham New Street just 10 minutes walk from the festival. Alternative train stations are Birmingham Snow Hill and Birmingham Moor Street.

Bus

National Express West Midlands runs many routes to the beer festival. Use their Journey Planner for preferred routes and time tables

Taxi

Birmingham has many taxi companies who will drop you off at the festival. We recommend you either use a licensed black cab or book a taxi to pick you up. Apart from black cabs it is not recommended to flag down a taxi as you will not be insured should anything happen.

Below are a list of City Centre taxi companies for you to choose from.

Victoria Cars - 0121 523 7000
St Pauls Cars - 0121 233 0303
Blueline - 0121 523 7211
TOA (Black Cabs) - 0121 427 8888

Parking

The nearest secure car park is at the Arcadian Centre just 5 minutes walk from the festival. On street parking is available throughout the city (free after 6pm) although it is expensive before 6pm and an army of over eager traffic wardens patrol in packs- so be warned.
